Photo Delivery

  • Unedited images will be delivered within 24–48 hours via Dropbox.

  • Same-day AirDrop delivery of unedited images is available for an additional $50.

  • Edited images will be delivered within 3–5 business days.

  • Same-day editing services with an approximate 10-minute turnaround are available for an additional $100.

Delivery timelines are estimated and may be subject to minor delays due to unforeseen circumstances. No refunds will be issued due to delivery timing.

File Selection & File Numbers

Clients are solely responsible for submitting the correct file numbers for all editing requests.
File numbers are displayed at the top of each image and begin with “DSC” (e.g., DSC0001).

AirDrop Deliveries:
For images delivered via AirDrop, clients must open the photo, tap the (i) information icon, and reference the listed file number.

Requests submitted without file numbers, with incorrect file numbers, or with incomplete information will not be processed and may result in delivery delays. Skippstudio is not responsible for errors caused by incorrect file submissions.

Late Arrival Policy

Sessions begin at the scheduled start time.

  • 10 minutes late: $50

  • 15 minutes late: $75

  • 20 minutes late: $100

Late arrival fees are strictly enforced and do not extend session time

A travel fee applies to locations exceeding 6 miles from the downtown area.

Rescheduling, Cancellations & No-Shows

  • All bookings are non-refundable once confirmed.

  • A $75 rescheduling fee applies if a session is rescheduled within 3–5 days of the appointment date.

  • Failure to appear for a scheduled session without notice will be considered a no-show and requires the client to rebook and pay in full for a new session.

5. Overtime & Additional Fees

Sessions exceeding the booked time will incur an overtime fee of $50, charged in increments determined by the studio.
