PLEASE READ POLICY BEFORE BOOKING

BOOKING POLICY (REQUIRED – NO EXCEPTIONS)

• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all bookings. No payment = no appointment

• All payments are final. No refunds will be issued under any circumstances

• No rescheduling or changes within 72 hours of your appointment. A new booking is required

• Late arrivals past 10 minutes will be charged a late fee. Sessions will not be extended for any reason

• Failure to show will result in cancellation and full loss of payment

• All services, add-ons, and requests must be selected at booking. No last-minute changes will be accepted

• Turnaround time is 24–42 hours (unedited) and 3–5 business days (edited). This timeframe is final unless rush service is purchased at booking
